2. Information on the website
The technical information, ratings and descriptions on this site are provided to help you decide whether our equipment fits your project. They are a summary. Where a value matters for a project, the approved drawing, the datasheet issued with the quotation and the applicable standard govern.
We correct errors when we find them, and we may change specifications and product ranges without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
3. Quotations and orders
- A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, and is based on the documents you provided at the time.
- An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and the agreed deposit is received.
- Changes requested after drawing approval may affect price, lead time and the documentation set. They are confirmed in writing before production continues.
- Delivery terms, payment terms, warranty and liability are set out in the sales contract for each order, which takes precedence over anything on this website.
4. Technical documents
Drawings, test reports and datasheets are issued for the purpose of evaluating and using the equipment. They remain the property of the issuing party, are issued in the name of the manufacturer where applicable, and may not be published or passed to third parties without permission.
5. Intellectual property
The text, layout, design and photographs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Product names and brand names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe components or equipment. You may print or download pages for your own procurement use; any other reproduction requires our written consent.
6. Photographs and video
Photographs and video on this site show equipment and production at our manufacturing partner's facility in China. They illustrate capability and production conditions. Equipment supplied to your project may differ in configuration, finish and detail.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to another website, we do so because it may be useful. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
8. Limitation of liability
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website content alone. Liability for supplied equipment is governed by the sales contract for that order.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes arising from the use of this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts there. Contracts for the sale of equipment may specify a different governing law and forum, as stated in the contract.
