TONXEL assemblies are manufactured in China to the specification your project sets. We hold the configuration, the drawing set, the test records and the warranty that travels with every unit.
Our customers are electrical contractors, EPC companies, distributors and industrial buyers. They arrive with a drawing, a load list and a date, and they want one supplier who can read all three.
Our goal is to help international customers access reliable industrial electrical equipment and build long-term business relationships. In practice, that means answering the awkward question before the order.

Read before quoting
A quotation based on a wrong reading of the drawing costs more to fix than a day spent reading it. Open points are listed, not assumed.

Name the document
When we say a design is type tested, we name the report and say what it covers. Where a value is declared by the manufacturer, we say that as well.

Keep one thread
One contact from enquiry to delivery, with the same drawings and the same revision history, so nothing has to be explained twice.

Finish the paperwork
Drawings, test records, packing lists and export documents prepared so the equipment clears customs and the client's inspection without a second round.
