Project support

Supporting your project at every stage

Six stages, from the first requirement to the delivery document. You can join at any of them. Some customers arrive with a full specification, others with a photograph and a deadline.

The six stages

What happens, in order

Each stage has one purpose: to remove the reason for a change later. Changes cost time; questions in week one do not.
01

Requirement analysis

We read the drawings, the load list, the specification and the site conditions, then list what is clear and what is not.

02

Equipment selection

The assembly type, ratings and enclosure are matched to the requirement, and to the documentation that exists for them.

03

Technical coordination

Open points are put in writing, answered by whoever needs to answer them, and closed before the quotation is final.

04

Product customisation

Dimensions, configuration, components and finish are set on the approved drawing.

05

Production follow-up

Progress against the agreed schedule, photographs at milestones, and inspection before packing.

06

Export & delivery

Packing, marking, documents and shipping coordinated with your forwarder or with ours.

Before you write

What to send us

None of these is mandatory. Each one shortens the conversation by a round of emails.

Single-line diagram

A PDF, a CAD file or a clear photograph of a marked-up drawing. It is the single most useful document you can send.

Load list or I/O list

Feeders and ratings for distribution, points and signals for control. An Excel file is fine.

The standard

The design and test standard your project is built to, and whether type test documentation is required at tender.

Site conditions

Indoor or outdoor, ambient temperature, altitude, dust or humidity: these decide the enclosure and the cooling.

Approved brands

The vendor list your client has approved for breakers, contactors, relays, PLC and drives.

Schedule and destination

When the equipment is needed on site, and the port or address it is going to.

How we communicate

One contact, answers in writing

A project rarely fails because of the equipment. It fails because a question was answered verbally, remembered differently, and discovered at commissioning.

So technical decisions are confirmed in writing, with the drawing revision they refer to. If a decision changes, the message changes with it and the drawing is reissued.

  • Email for documents, WhatsApp for speed
  • Video calls scheduled in your time zone
  • Open points tracked until they are closed
A note on WhatsApp. It is how most of our customers prefer to work, and it is fine for questions, photographs and short decisions. Drawings and approvals still go by email, so there is a record both sides can find later.

After delivery

What happens once it arrives

Delivery is the middle of the relationship, not the end of it.

Warranty

12 months from delivery on the equipment we supply, covering manufacturing defects. The terms are set out in the sales contract.

Technical questions

Questions during installation are answered by the same people who coordinated the order, with the drawings to hand.

Spare parts and extension

Devices, spare ways and additional sections can be quoted later against the original configuration.

Start with what you have

A drawing, a list, or three sentences about the project. We will tell you what is missing and what the equipment would look like.
