This website is operated by TONXEL (“we”, “us”). For any question about this policy or about your information, write to sales@tonxel.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us through the inquiry form or by email:
- Your name, company, business email and country or region
- The product categories and technical requirements you describe
- Optional details you choose to add: WhatsApp number, quantity, delivery timing, destination, project description
- Files you attach, such as drawings, load lists or specifications
- Basic technical information recorded by the server when a form is submitted, such as the date and time
We do not ask for payment details through this website and we do not use it to collect information about anyone under 18.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation
- To coordinate the technical details of a project with you
- To keep a record of what was agreed, for warranty and after-sales purposes
- To meet accounting and export documentation obligations where an order is placed
We rely on your request for a quotation as the basis for handling this information. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an inquiry.
Who sees it
Your inquiry is read by the people handling your project. Where a technical question requires it, the relevant drawing or extract is shared with the manufacturing partner producing the equipment, limited to what is needed to answer the question.
Our website hosting and email services process data on our behalf. We keep that list short and we do not pass your documents to anyone else unless the law requires it, or you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months, so that a returning project does not start from zero. Where an order is placed, commercial documents are kept for as long as accounting and export rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@tonxel.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, it records aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate location and device type) and does not identify you personally. You can block it with your browser settings without affecting the site.
Files you send
Drawings and specifications are treated as confidential project material. They are stored on our systems and shared only as described above. If you need a confidentiality agreement before sending documents, ask us and we will sign yours.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already sent will be communicated by email where we hold your address.
